To use this refresher, shake it well first.  Then, spray a small amount on your skin to test for any allergic reactions to the essential oils.  If there is a reaction, discontinue use of the refresher.  If there is no reaction, hold the refresher above your head, with eyes closed, spray a generous mist over your head and face for upliftment, refreshment, and olfactory enjoyment.
